I really love Perfect Supplements collagen and I don't think I will search for any other brand again. Dissolves so well in any liquid, keeps my gut health well and my skin looking healthy!
I have been purchasing the Perfect 100% Grass Fed Desiccated Liver for a few years now and find it really helps boost my energy levels. I am chronically low in Iron and this boosts my levels.
I do find the postage extremely slow. I usually have to wait between 2 to 3 weeks from purchasing to delivery. I wish another courier provider would be used, rather than Aramex.
Love the fact that the recipes are simple and require not too many ingredients.I do want to learn making dishes that are healthier especially if you are conscious of the carb content. Looking forward to use these recipes and they become a staple in my kitchen
