Shipping Policy

We generally* ship orders that same day if they are purchased before 12pm EST (if parcel post/express method are chosen). We also cannot guarantee this but we always endeavour to get parcels out the same business day if ordered before 12pm. Any requests to change shipping details (address or shipping method) must be sent via email by 10am that day. The best email is help@perfectsupplementsaustralia.com.au We won't be held responsible for orders that ship if we haven't received communication before 10am to make any changes and the customer will be responsible for any returns if address mistakes are made and not rectified in time. Please take your time when entering in your address and other details to ensure we have the right information.
Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and the cost is calculated during the checkout. Standard Shipping is $11.00 and Express Shipping is $14.00. Shipping within Australia is free when a customer spends $89 or over, and the free shipping cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code. Take advantage of our FREE SHIPPING* offer to save on shipping. The options for Domestic Shipping (calculated in the checkout) is: Australia Post eParcel Standard - 1-6 Business days after dispatch. Parcel Post 1-4 Business days after dispatch. Australia Post eParcel Express - next business day (AusPost Express Network Only) after dispatch. Larger orders may be shipped out via our chosen courier (Aramex) and tracking will be sent by them. Depending upon where you are located, shipping usually takes between 1 – 6 days, but with Australia post parcel post, the times can vary. If you are in a remote location, it may take longer. WA customers may have to wait a little longer if parcel post option is chosen. WA orders have been taking much longer than expected so if you're from WA and you need your parcel in a timely manner, please choose the express option.  *This of course is dependent upon backlog of orders.  Also, at times there can be delays with Australia Post that are out of our hands. If you ever have a delay, please contact us and we will look into the issue.
International shipping no longer is possible for us to sustain our business (including New Zealand). We apologise for the inconvenience.  Please do not contact to ask us if we can ship to other countries or why we don't ship to other countries anymore. It is no longer an option as it's not in our company's best interest to ship international any more, we have had too many issues with parcels getting lost and the cost of shipping not being calculated properly for international orders.  *FREE SHIPPING ONLY APPLIES TO DOMESTIC ORDERS NOT INTERNATIONAL
Perfect Supplements Australia takes no responsibility for any lost or broken items once in transit. The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items. The customer is advised to organise insurance with Perfect Supplements Australia prior to purchasing, this will be at the expense of the customer and this option is available during the checkout process (Route Package Protection).  Should you want signature on delivery please choose the parcel post plus signature on delivery or the express post with signature on delivery as your preferred delivery method* *Through COVID, this option may not always be available.  The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Perfect Supplements Australia marked as unclaimed.
