Ordering on our website is very secure.  Yes absolutely! We take the utmost care with the information you provide us and we don’t keep your credit card details on file. We use SSL security (secure sockets layer) to keep any information safe. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into unreadable pieces of code so this makes it impossible to detect.
It’s super simple to order from Perfect Supplements Australia. Simply go to the home page and click on the category or pack or if you know what you want you can type it into the search bar. Add it to your cart and hit the 'View Cart & Checkout' Button and follow the prompts to pay. If you get stuck at all or prefer to speak to a real human, please call the number on the website (1800 MY PERFECT) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note: we may not be able to take your phone order right away but sit tight and someone will return your call in a timely manner. (during business hours and excluding public holidays because we need a break too) 😊
Simply click the little shopping cart icon and it will take you to your cart. 
Simply click on the items you wish to add to your cart (hit the green button 'Add to Cart').
Simply click the little cross next to the item in your cart to remove.
You will see a little minus and plus symbol next to the item, it is here that you can increase or decrease the quantity.
If you have already created an account you will just need to go into ‘My Account’ top right on the website (the little person icon). Then login with the details you signed up with. If you previously had an account with us, you will need to sign up again as this is a brand new website so unfortunately, the account details for people did not carry across. We apologise for any inconvenience.

You should get an order confirmation sent to your email straight after you have placed the order. If you do not then please contact us.
Why didn't I receive any points?  If you had an account or placed an order before April 2022, you would not have accrued any points regardless of how many past purchases you made, this is because the program was not active then and points only count when the program launched. We always suggest that for best results, people stay on the product for at least 3 months consistently and then after that it is up to you and it also depends on what product you are using so if you are unsure, please contact us on the contact form here on this website.
