Returns and Refund Policy
We’re sorry to hear the product was not to your complete satisfaction. Unfortunately, foods and perishable goods can not be returned. Because Perfect Supplements are food-based natural supplements and are therefore considered perishable goods, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any product purchases.
Perfect Supplements Australia cares deeply about the quality of the Perfect products as well as the health and wellbeing of our customers. This is why we have stringent quality standards in place to protect them. Once products leave our warehouse and have been delivered, we can no longer control the quality of the product. This is one of the main reasons why we cannot accept returns or process refunds of our products. This policy protects our valued customers and ensures that everyone receives the highest quality products.
Perfect Supplements Australia cannot be held liable for any goods lost or damaged by any third party postage carriers, including but not limited to UPS, USPS, Fedex, Amazon, and Australia Post.
For any other instance of your product not arriving or arriving damaged, Perfect Supplements Australia may offer a discretionary refund. If so, the discretionary refund would be applied to the original payment method.
While we cannot accept returns, there are some instances where we are happy to honour a money-back guarantee. These are applicable to customers who have purchased through a relevant Facebook Advertising campaign. Please note that all sales from said Facebook campaigns are tracked and this information will be verified prior to processing the money-back guarantee refund.
We are unable to offer refunds based on the following requests:
- Ordered too much of a product: It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that the amount of product they order is correct. There is a small window after your order where we can try to update the order to the quantity you need if you contact us right away, but we can’t guarantee it. Please note that our team may take up to 24 hours to get back to you and only on business weekdays (and not public holidays).. Once the order has been sent out, we cannot refund you.
- Ordered the wrong product: It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that the product they order is correct for their needs. Please contact us with any questions about the product you are interested in and we can help determine if it’s right for you. There is a small window after your order where we can try to update the order if you contact us right away, but we can’t guarantee it. Please note that our team may take up to 24 hours hours to get back to you and only on business weekdays (not on public holidays). Once the order has been sent out, we cannot refund you.
- Allergic to the product: It is the responsibility of our customers to review the ingredients for each product prior to purchase to ensure they aren’t allergic to anything listed. All of the ingredients and nutritional panels can be found on our store site.
- Unhappy with flavour: Perfect Supplements works to formulate the very best flavours to please all of our customers, but taste varies greatly from person to person. The primary goal of our products is to deliver long-lasting health results, and so a refund cannot be offered based on individual taste.
- Financial hardship: While Perfect Supplements Australia sympathises, we cannot offer refunds based on financial hardship. Please ensure the order is within your means prior to purchase, especially if purchasing a subscription product.
Please note that Perfect Supplements Australia will not tolerate any threatening or bullying in any communications with our customer service team. We treat our customers with complete respect and honesty, and we request the same to our customer service team in return as they strive to help. Not only are threats and bullying behaviour detrimental to the mental health of our customer service team, but they will not be rewarded with a refund in any situation.
To qualify for free shipping, your total order (after any coupons have been applied) must be $149 or over. If your order is under $149, you will be charged for shipping.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have read our free shipping offer and any terms and conditions of offers.

Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping internationally. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
If you as the customer do not meet your responsibility to collect your item from either your local PO (for parcel post & express) within the time frame and the parcel gets redirected back to us and you wish for us to resend this package back to you, there will be an additional shipping cost that the customer will have to pay via credit/debit card over the phone.
If your package is returned to us and we are unable to contact you, your package will be held without refund until we have notification from you to refund the order or go ahead and resend.
