π Transit Damage Policy
At Perfect Supplements Australia, we take great care in packing your orders securely and with love. However, once your parcel leaves our hands and is in the care of the courier, it is unfortunately out of our control.
We are a small family-run business and, as such, we are not responsible for items damaged in transit due to courier mishandling.
β We do not offer replacements or refunds for products damaged in transit.
This includes minor cosmetic damage such as cracked lids or slightly squashed packaging that does not affect the safety or usability of the product.
β What to do if your order arrives damaged:

Please take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging immediately.

Email us at help@perfectsupplementsaustralia.com.au with your order number and photos.

While we are unable to offer replacements, we may offer a discount code for your next order as a gesture of goodwill (case-by-case basis).

As a small business, covering both the cost of the product and shipping a second time (due to damage caused by a third-party courier) is simply not sustainable for us. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us keep our prices fair for everyone.
