Suggested Use:
Directions: Massage each morning and evening into the chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms or thighs. Select only one of these locations each time you apply.

Dosage:
For Menstrual pain & spasms
Counting the first day of your period as Day 1, commence applying 1/8 of a 5ml teaspoon (625mg) am and pm from Day 5 to Day 18, then increase to 1/4 of a 5ml teaspoon (1.25g) from day 19-28 stopping on day 28. Recommence use of the cream on Day 5.
For Perimenopause/menopause symptoms
Counting the first day of your period as Day 1, commence applying 1/8 of a 5ml teaspoon (625mg) am and pm from Day 7 to Day 20 and then increase to 1/4 of a 5ml teaspoon (1.25g) from Day 20 to Day 28. Stop the use of the cream again on Day 1 and recommence on Day 7 (repeat the cycle).

3. People with Allergies to Wild Yam: Anyone allergic to wild yam or similar plants should avoid it to prevent allergic reactions.
4. Individuals Taking Hormone Therapy: Using wild yam cream alongside hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or other hormonal treatments may interfere with the intended effects of these medications.
Always advise users to consult a healthcare professional, especially if they have health conditions or are taking other medications, to ensure safe and effective use of wild yam cream.
We ship Monday to Friday (except for public holidays/long weekends in QLD). If you order before 12pm on a business day, your order should ship out that day if going Australia Post (eParcel).

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout as it will depend on the size/weight of your order and where it's going.
During checkout, you should be able to choose what carrier you prefer (though, if your order qualifies for free shipping it will just say 'Standard shipping' and this will either be via Australia Post or Aramex.
Please DO NOT choose Courier if you have a parcel locker or Suite address as this will likely be sent back to us and you will incur a redelivery fee.
If you qualified for free shipping and you have a Suite address/parcel locker you must always choose Australia Post shipping option (see above as to why)

We strongly advise customers to purchase 'Route Protection' during the checkout process (which is usually checked by default). This insures your order against loss, theft or damage and claims are processed very fast!
Route Protection is worth it for your peace of mind (trust on on this, it is worth the extra few $$ and saves everyone time and stress when things go wrong).
Orders failing to have Route Protection added are at the risk of the customer and will not be refunded if this Route Protection is not added to the order.
In general 2-8 business days delivery turnaround* but at times things can cause delays (scarcity of drivers, congestion in networks, weather events etc.)
We are located in QLD on the Gold Coast so it depends upon your location as to the delivery timeframe.
We advise our customers to choose Express option if needing their item sooner (especially if you live in TAS, SA, WA, NT or Rural areas).
WA in particular, we encourage that you choose express shipping.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship overseas. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Route Protection (parcel protection) is STRONGLY advised to add to your order as this covers lots, stolen or damaged items. The claims process is very quick and we can issue you a refund fast (but ONLY if you have added Route Protection to your order during the checkout process).
