Suite Address/Parcel Locker
Due to previous issues, Aramex (Courier) cannot deliver to a Suite Address/parcel locker as this is technically Australia Post. Orders received with a parcel locker or Suite address must always choose Australia Post shipping option and failure to do so will incur a redelivery fee by the customer as well as lengthy delays to receive their parcel. We do not offer refunds on items that are returned to us.
Please ensure you have the right shipping method for your shipping address.
ALL ORDERS ARE LEFT 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE' by default as people aren't often home to sign for delivery. We strongly encourage customers to purchase 'Route Protection' (parcel insurance) during the checkout to insure against lost, stolen or damaged item/s. This is ticked by default in the checkout so if you don't want insurance, please uncheck this.
We take no responsibility for orders that occur a problem if the customer has not added 'Route Protection' to the order. This insurance is worth it for sure and claims are processed fast.
Domestic orders are shipped via any of the following carriers - Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, DHL, etc. The carrier is chosen by AI and it is the best possible (and often cheapest) shipping method for that particular parcel and that location.
If you qualify for free shipping, the system automatically selects 'Standard Shipping' 2-8 business days but you can choose to pay for eParcel Express if you prefer. You can choose this option during the checkout at the shipping section.
Dispatch times can vary depending upon what carrier is chosen by the system. If you require express delivery, please choose express delivery option during the checkout.
Courier orders may take longer as courier carriers do not always pick up the same day (allow 1-3 extra business days for Courier).
Any requests to change shipping details (address or shipping method) must be sent via email by 10am that day. The best email is help@perfectsupplementsaustralia.com.au
We won't be held responsible for orders that ship if we haven't received communication before 10am to make any changes and the customer will be responsible for any returns if address mistakes are made and not rectified in time.

If you change Your mind?
Once the order has been placed, we are not able to add items to the order sorry.
If you do want to add to your order, we will need to refund/cancel the original order and you must email us immediately after your order has been placed (within the hour). We cannot guarantee that we can change things but if you contact us right away, we may be able to help you.
Larger orders may be shipped out via our chosen courier and tracking will be sent by them.
Depending upon where you are located, shipping usually takes between 1 – 6 days, but the times can vary. If you are in a remote location, it may take longer.
WA customers may have to wait a little longer. If you are in WA and you need your order fast, please choose the express shipping option in the checkout.
*Time to ship is dependent upon backlog of orders. Also, at times there can be delays with Australia Post or other carriers that are out of our hands. If you ever have a delay, please contact us and we will look into the issue.
International Shipping
We no longer offer international shipping as the shipping has not been calculated correctly/accurately through the Shippit app. Therefore, it is not a sustainable option for our company. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Perfect Supplements Australia takes no responsibility for any lost or broken items once in transit. The customer is strongly encouraged to purchase 'Route Protection' (parcel insurance) during the checkout process.
The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Perfect Supplements Australia marked as unclaimed. Perfect Supplements Australia does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
