How to take: Take 2-4 capsules or as directed by your health practitioner. Pregnant or nursing women please seek advice by your doctor prior to taking.

When We Ship:

IN GENERAL: (please read carefully)

We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except for public holidays/long weekends in QLD). If you order before 12pm on that shipping business day, your order should ship out that day if going Australia Post (eParcel).

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout as it will depend on the size/weight of your order and where it's going.

During checkout, you should be able to choose what carrier you prefer (though, if your order qualifies for free shipping it will just say 'Standard shipping' and this will either be via Australia Post or Aramex.

Please DO NOT choose Courier (standard 2-8 business days) if you have a parcel locker , PO box or Suite address as this will likely be sent back to us and you will incur a redelivery fee.

The Courier will NOT deliver your parcel to an Australia Post outlet either so if you want your parcel delivered, you will need to choose Second standard option/Express option (Australia Post) in the checkout.

If you qualified for free shipping and you have a Suite address/parcel locker you must always choose Australia Post shipping option (see above as to why)

FREE SHIPPING (Domestic Only) When you spend $149 or over 🚚 This free shipping is the first standard option and it ships via Aramex Courier. Aramex will not ship to PO boxes, Parcel lockers or Suite addresses as these are Australia Post. Please choose the second standard or the third shipping option (Express) as these are Australia Post services.

Insurance

We previously offered Route Package Protection, but since transitioning to our new shipping platform, we encountered issues where Route was distorting the shipping costs on our end — leading to overcharges (not for customers, but for us). Unfortunately, these discrepancies add up significantly over time.

We're currently exploring alternative parcel insurance providers to ensure we can continue offering reliable protection without these backend issues. In the meantime, we regret to say that package protection isn't available at checkout.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work towards a better solution..

Timeframe for Delivery:

In general 2-8 business days delivery turnaround* but at times things can cause delays (scarcity of drivers, congestion in networks, weather events etc.)

*This is only an estimate, we cannot ever guarantee delivery timeframes (especially during the holiday season).

We are located in QLD on the Gold Coast so it depends upon your location as to the delivery timeframe.

We advise our customers to choose Express option if needing their item sooner (especially if you live in TAS, SA, WA, NT or Rural areas).

WA in particular, we encourage that you choose express shipping.
