1. đ Gut-Healing Berry Gummies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2â3 tbsp raw honey (to taste)
- 3 tbsp Perfect Gelatin
- 1/4 cup extra cold water (for blooming)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water and let it bloom for 5â10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, blend berries with 1/2 cup water and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the berry mixture into a saucepan and gently warm it (do not boil).
- Add the bloomed gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey.
- Pour into silicone moulds or a glass dish.
- Refrigerate for 1â2 hours until set. Slice or pop out and enjoy!
2. đŽÂ Creamy Vanilla Coconut Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
- 1 can (400ml) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp Perfect Gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold coconut milk (from the can) for blooming
Instructions:
- Scoop out 1/4 cup of the coconut milk into a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin over it and let it bloom for 5â10 minutes.
- Gently heat the remaining coconut milk with vanilla and sweetener in a saucepan.
- Add the bloomed gelatin mixture and whisk until fully dissolved (donât boil).
- Pour into ramekins or jars and refrigerate for 3â4 hours or until set.
- Optional: top with berries or coconut cream before serving.
3. â Gut-Loving Coffee Gelatin Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2â3 tsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
- 2 tbsp Perfect Gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold coffee or water (for blooming)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold coffee or water and let it bloom for 5â10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, gently heat the remaining 1 cup of brewed coffee with sweetener (if using).
- Stir in the bloomed gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Add coconut cream and mix well.
- Pour into moulds or a tray and refrigerate for 2â3 hours until firm.
- Slice or pop out for a nourishing, energy-boosting treat.
