Shipping Policy

 

Suite Address/Parcel Locker/PO box/Physical Post Office Important Shipping Information – Please Read Before Placing Your Order Aramex (Courier) is unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers, Suite Addresses, or Australia Post facilities, as these fall under the Australia Post delivery network. If your shipping address includes any of these, you must select Australia Post at checkout. Choosing the incorrect shipping method may result in delivery delays, returns, or redelivery fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide refunds for parcels returned to us due to incorrect shipping selections. In the event of an incompatible address, we will issue a digital invoice for the additional postage required. Orders will not be dispatched until the invoice has been paid. Customers are responsible for monitoring their emails and checking their mailbox for any calling cards or delivery updates from the courier. Failure to respond to communication from the courier may result in the parcel being returned to us. If this occurs, a redelivery fee will apply and no refund will be issued. Please double-check that your shipping details and chosen method match your address type to avoid unnecessary delays and costs. Errors at checkout impact our small team and create avoidable disruptions. All orders are shipped with 'Authority to Leave' by default, as many people are not home to sign for deliveries. We cannot issue refunds for parcels deemed undeliverable by the carrier, especially when delivery has been attempted. We ship with Australia Post and Aramex, and your available options are displayed at checkout. Australia Post shipments are sent via eParcel. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the system will automatically apply standard shipping (2–8 business days). If you prefer a faster option, you may upgrade to eParcel Express at checkout. Dispatch times vary depending on the selected carrier. If you require your order urgently, we recommend choosing the express shipping option. Please note that courier services may take longer to dispatch, as pickup does not always occur on the same day. Allow 1–3 additional business days for courier orders. If you need to update your shipping address or method, please email us at help@perfectsupplementsaustralia.com.aubefore 10am on the day of dispatch. We cannot make changes after this time, and we are not responsible for delivery issues or returns resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details submitted at checkout. We kindly ask that you take care when entering your shipping information to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Domestic orders are shipped via any of the following carriers - Australia Post and Aramex. If you have qualified for free shipping, the most affordable option will be chosen when fulfilling this. If you prefer Australia Post - this can be arranged but there will be a fee as their services are more expensive. If your order qualifies for free shipping and you prefer Australia Post over Aramex, please be aware that additional processing time may apply. We will need to contact you via email and issue a digital invoice for the postage difference, which can take time and resources from our team. Please note that Monday is our busiest day, and while we do our best to respond promptly, it may take until later in the day to see and action your request. We always strive to accommodate shipping preferences where possible, but we cannot guarantee adjustments once an order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Dispatch times can vary depending upon what carrier is chosen by the system. If you require express delivery, please choose express delivery option during the checkout.  Shipping pricing is calculated during the checkout process.  Shipping within Australia is free when a customer spends $149 or over, and the free shipping cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code. Take advantage of our FREE SHIPPING* offer to save on shipping. If you change Your mind? Once the order has been placed, we are not able to add items to the order sorry. If you do want to add to your order, we will need to refund/cancel the original order and you must email us immediately after your order has been placed (within the hour). We cannot guarantee that we can change things but if you contact us right away, we may be able to help you.
Larger orders may be shipped out via our chosen courier and tracking will be sent by them. Depending upon where you are located, shipping usually takes between 1 – 6 days, but the times can vary. If you are in a remote location, it may take longer. WA customers may have to wait a little longer. If you are in WA and you need your order fast, please choose the express shipping option in the checkout. *Time to ship is dependent upon backlog of orders.  Also, at times there can be delays with Australia Post or other carriers that are out of our hands. If you ever have a delay, please contact us and we will look into the issue.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally but we are looking into it.
Perfect Supplements Australia takes no responsibility for any lost or broken items once in transit.   The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Perfect Supplements Australia marked as unclaimed.
