Directions for Use:
Adults: Take one or two capsules daily with a glass of water. Taking 2 capsules is best.
How Many Capsules are in the Box? 50-100 (depending on what option you choose)
Storage: Before opening, store below 25º celsius. After opening, store in the refrigerator at 2-8º celsius. Keep the cap sealed tightly at all times. Do Not Freeze. Consume within 8 weeks of opening.
We ship Monday to Friday (except for public holidays/long weekends in QLD). If you order before 12pm on a business day, your order should ship out that day if going Australia Post (eParcel).

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout as it will depend on the size/weight of your order and where it's going.
During checkout, you should be able to choose what carrier you prefer (though, if your order qualifies for free shipping it will just say 'Standard shipping' and this will either be via Australia Post or Aramex.
Please DO NOT choose Courier if you have a parcel locker or Suite address as this will likely be sent back to us and you will incur a redelivery fee.

Orders failing to have Route Protection added are at the risk of the customer and will not be refunded if this Route Protection is not added to the order.
In general 2-8 business days delivery turnaround* but at times things can cause delays (scarcity of drivers, congestion in networks, weather events etc.)
We are located in QLD on the Gold Coast so it depends upon your location as to the delivery timeframe.
We advise our customers to choose Express option if needing their item sooner (especially if you live in TAS, SA, WA, NT or Rural areas).

It depends upon what option you choose during the checkout and it should give you an estimated timeframe there.
Route Protection (parcel protection) is STRONGLY advised to add to your order as this covers lots, stolen or damaged items. The claims process is very quick and we can issue you a refund fast (but ONLY if you have added Route Protection to your order during the checkout process).
