  • Heat Does Not Destroy Collagen: It can, but only if the temperature of your coffee exceeds 302ºF (150ºC) — which is unlikely given coffee's typical range is below 205ºF (96ºC).

  • It's Too Complicated: It's simple to add collagen to your coffee; just add a scoop of collagen powder to your coffee and stir it in. Just be sure to always follow the directions on the bottle.

  • You Probably Won’t Notice Collagen in your Coffee: The answer to that is most collagen doesn't have added flavour, and the powder itself doesn't have a prominent scent or taste, so most people don't taste its presence. However, since it is a powder, you will have to stir it well to dissolve it fully. There are of course, the rare few that do taste the collagen but this is extremely rare.

  • Excellent for Keto: If you're looking for another way to amp up your coffee, collagen with a healthy fat like ghee, coconut or MCT oil can help you remain in ketosis.
