Dosage:
Desiccated Liver Capsules: take up to 4 capsules daily (unless otherwise advised by your health practitioner)
Acerola Powder: take 1/4 tsp daily
Matchinga Powder: Mix 1 scoop into your favourite smoothie, have as a tea with some raw honey, and add to chia puddings, smoothie bowls, bliss balls, protein balls, yoghurt, baking and more!

It depends upon what option you choose during the checkout and it should give you an estimated timeframe there.
Route Protection (parcel protection) is STRONGLY advised to add to your order as this covers lots, stolen or damaged items. The claims process is very quick and we can issue you a refund fast (but ONLY if you have added Route Protection to your order during the checkout process).
If you've not added this, please go back a previous step or two and add this in by checking the Route Protection option.
