Serving suggestion: Add 1 tsp to 100ml of hot (filtered) water for a tasty hot beverage. Add 1 tbsp of broth powder to soups, curries, casseroles, spaghetti bolognese etc., to add flavour and nutrients.
Sprinkle on scrambled eggs or other hot dishes to add flavour and goodness.
We ship Monday to Friday (except for public holidays in QLD). If you order before 12pm on a business day, your order should ship out that day if going Australia Post (eParcel).
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout as it will depend on the size/weight of your order and where it's going.
During checkout, you should be able to choose what carrier you prefer (though, if your order qualifies for free shipping it will just say 'Standard shipping' and this will either be via Australia Post or Aramex/Couriers Please*).

We are located in QLD on the Gold Coast so it depends upon your location as to the delivery timeframe.
We advise our customers to choose Express option if needing their item sooner (especially if you live in TAS, SA, WA, NT or Rural areas).

Route Protection (parcel protection) is STRONGLY advised to add to your order as this covers lots, stolen or damaged items. The claims process is very quick and we can issue you a refund fast (but ONLY if you have added Route Protection to your order during the checkout process).
