How Does it Work?
The minerals in the crystal (salt) rock effectively kill the bacteria that cause underarm odour, and it's completely non-toxic and effective!
Use it and reapply it as much as you like throughout the day or night.
The fragrance-free option can be used on hands, feet, and underarms, but you can also use it on rashes or bug bites! 🦟
This product is sold without water for several reasons:
To Use this Product: Add water to the top of the label (preferably filtered to avoid toxic tap water chemicals), shake well and allow the water to absorb the minerals from the crystal salt rock. Use the next day (ensuring that you shake well)
If the nozzle gets blocked, run it under hot water, which should unblock it. As crystal salt is entirely natural, from time to time, it may get blocked.
Refillable many times over! You will be surprised (and delighted) at how long this deodorant will last you until you need to replace it entirely. On average, you should get about four months of use (depending on how frequently you use it).
After the first few times, the fragrance may not be as strong, but the crystal rock will last and last! This is what helps to keep you stink-free. Feel free to add your own safe essential oils.
As this product is handmade, batch quantities may vary slightly at times. 🙂
Note: this is NOT an antiperspirant and will not stop you from sweating. Sweating is a natural body process; inhibiting this process with chemicals can harm your health. We do not advocate for using antiperspirants.
This product (ZePits™) works by helping to inhibit odour that is caused by bacteria.
We ship Monday to Friday (except for public holidays/long weekends in QLD). If you order before 12pm on a business day, your order should ship out that day if going Australia Post (eParcel).

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout as it will depend on the size/weight of your order and where it's going.
During checkout, you should be able to choose what carrier you prefer (though, if your order qualifies for free shipping it will just say 'Standard shipping' and this will either be via Australia Post or Aramex.
Please DO NOT choose Courier if you have a parcel locker or Suite address as this will likely be sent back to us and you will incur a redelivery fee.
If you qualified for free shipping and you have a Suite address/parcel locker you must always choose Australia Post shipping option (see above as to why)

We strongly advise customers to purchase 'Route Protection' during the checkout process (which is usually checked by default). This insures your order against loss, theft or damage and claims are processed very fast!
Route Protection is worth it for your peace of mind (trust on on this, it is worth the extra few $$ and saves everyone time and stress when things go wrong).
Orders failing to have Route Protection added are at the risk of the customer and will not be refunded if this Route Protection is not added to the order.
In general 2-8 business days delivery turnaround* but at times things can cause delays (scarcity of drivers, congestion in networks, weather events etc.)
We are located in QLD on the Gold Coast so it depends upon your location as to the delivery timeframe.
We advise our customers to choose Express option if needing their item sooner (especially if you live in TAS, SA, WA, NT or Rural areas).

It depends upon what option you choose during the checkout and it should give you an estimated timeframe there.
Route Protection (parcel protection) is STRONGLY advised to add to your order as this covers lots, stolen or damaged items. The claims process is very quick and we can issue you a refund fast (but ONLY if you have added Route Protection to your order during the checkout process).
If you've not added this, please go back a previous step or two and add this in by checking the Route Protection option.
