So without any more chitter chatter, here is my recipe - Bulletproof Breakfast Coffee. I hope you love it as much as we do. 

BULLETPROOF BREAKFAST COFFEE ☕️

Ingredients:

Additional Wellness Boosters:

  • 1 tsp of Perfect Organic Raw, Extra-virgin Cold-pressed Coconut Oil
  • 1-2 capsules of Perfect Organic Cordyceps (adaptogenic medicinal mushroom)
  • A pinch of cinnamon* for blood sugar balance
  • A pinch of cardamom* to help the liver to process the caffeine 

*Try to use organic ingredients where possible to avoid glyphosate, GMOs and other harmful chemicals (for better gut and general health)

Method:

  1. If using espresso (recommended), make your coffee shot and then set aside. If using instant (not recommended sorry) boil a little water and add the desired amount to the water.
  2. Pour your coffee into a blender (if you don't have a blender, use a milk frother, just be aware that a blender makes for a frothier, more delicious result).
  3. Add in the MCT oil, Butter, collagen, chaga, any wellness boosters and raw egg yolks (if using) and Lakanto/keto sugar if desired
  4. Blend for about 10 seconds until nice and frothy
  5. Enjoy in your favourite glass or coffee cup immediately!
  6. This is one of the most enjoyable and satiating ways to have coffee and the fats and collagen (and egg) keeps you going for HOURS!!!!
