Dosage

Suggested Use

Collagen Powder: This can be added to coffee, smoothies, yoghurt and more

Desiccated Liver Capsules: Take 4 capsules daily with a glass of juice, milk, a smoothie, etc.

D3 Drops: Take up to 5 drops underneath your tongue or ass to your favourite smoothie.

Resgrape Capsules: Take 2 daily with a smoothie that contains fats or some yoghurt. Resveratrol needs to be taken with fats to help bioavailability.
