Perfect Chlorella: take one capsule (to begin with) with a large glass of water before your meal and gradually increase to 4 capsules per day as your body adjusts to this powerful detoxifier.
Perfect Resgrape Max: take two capsules with a smoothie containing fats (avo, milk, coconut/cows milk yoghurt) as this improves the resveratrol absorption.
Perfect Hydrolyzed Collagen: mix a scoop twice daily into a coffee, tea, hot cacao, juice, smoothie, soup, yoghurt or whatever you like. Be sure to add slowly and stir consistently.

During checkout, you should be able to choose what carrier you prefer (though, if your order qualifies for free shipping it will just say 'Standard shipping' and this will either be via Australia Post or Aramex.
Please DO NOT choose Courier if you have a parcel locker or Suite address as this will likely be sent back to us and you will incur a redelivery fee.
If you qualified for free shipping and you have a Suite address/parcel locker you must always choose Australia Post shipping option (see above as to why)

We strongly advise customers to purchase 'Route Protection' during the checkout process (which is usually checked by default). This insures your order against loss, theft or damage and claims are processed very fast!
Route Protection is worth it for your peace of mind (trust on on this, it is worth the extra few $$ and saves everyone time and stress when things go wrong).
Orders failing to have Route Protection added are at the risk of the customer and will not be refunded if this Route Protection is not added to the order.
In general 2-8 business days delivery turnaround* but at times things can cause delays (scarcity of drivers, congestion in networks, weather events etc.)
We are located in QLD on the Gold Coast so it depends upon your location as to the delivery timeframe.
We advise our customers to choose Express option if needing their item sooner (especially if you live in TAS, SA, WA, NT or Rural areas).
WA in particular, we encourage that you choose express shipping.

Route Protection (parcel protection) is STRONGLY advised to add to your order as this covers lots, stolen or damaged items. The claims process is very quick and we can issue you a refund fast (but ONLY if you have added Route Protection to your order during the checkout process).
