How Does it Work?
The minerals in the crystal (rock) effectively kill the bacteria that cause underarm odour, and it's 100% non-toxic and effective!
Use it and reapply it as much as you like throughout the day or night.
The fragrance-free option can be used on hands, feet and underarms. It can also be used on rashes or bug bites! 🦟
This product is sold without water for several reasons:
To Use this Product: Add water to the top of the label line (preferable filtered water to avoid toxic tap water chemicals). Shake well and allow the water to absorb the minerals from the crystal rock. Use the next day (shake well before use).
If the Nozzle Gets Blocked, run the nozzle under hot water until the spray works again. As crystal salt is entirely natural, it may build up from time to time as salt tends to do that.
Refillable many times over! You will be surprised (and delighted) about how long this deodorant will last before you need to replace it entirely. On average, you should get about four months of use (depending upon how frequently you use it).
After the first few times, the fragrance may not be as strong, but the crystal rock will last and last! This is the element of the deodorant that helps to keep you stink-free. Feel free to add your own essential oils.
As this product is handmade, batch quantities may vary slightly at times.
Note: this is NOT an antiperspirant and will not stop you from sweating. Sweating is a natural body process; inhibiting this process with chemicals can harm your health. We do not advocate for using antiperspirants.

We ship Monday to Friday (except for public holidays/long weekends in QLD). If you order before 12pm on a business day, your order should ship out that day if going Australia Post (eParcel).

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout as it will depend on the size/weight of your order and where it's going.
During checkout, you should be able to choose what carrier you prefer (though, if your order qualifies for free shipping it will just say 'Standard shipping' and this will either be via Australia Post or Aramex.
Please DO NOT choose Courier if you have a parcel locker or Suite address as this will likely be sent back to us and you will incur a redelivery fee.
If you qualified for free shipping and you have a Suite address/parcel locker you must always choose Australia Post shipping option (see above as to why)

We strongly advise customers to purchase 'Route Protection' during the checkout process (which is usually checked by default). This insures your order against loss, theft or damage and claims are processed very fast!
Route Protection is worth it for your peace of mind (trust on on this, it is worth the extra few $$ and saves everyone time and stress when things go wrong).
Orders failing to have Route Protection added are at the risk of the customer and will not be refunded if this Route Protection is not added to the order.
In general 2-8 business days delivery turnaround* but at times things can cause delays (scarcity of drivers, congestion in networks, weather events etc.)
We are located in QLD on the Gold Coast so it depends upon your location as to the delivery timeframe.
We advise our customers to choose Express option if needing their item sooner (especially if you live in TAS, SA, WA, NT or Rural areas).
WA in particular, we encourage that you choose express shipping.

Route Protection (parcel protection) is STRONGLY advised to add to your order as this covers lots, stolen or damaged items. The claims process is very quick and we can issue you a refund fast (but ONLY if you have added Route Protection to your order during the checkout process).
