Cold pressing is a mechanical method that presses oil from the coconut without the use of heat which results in a higher quality oil. As mentioned earlier, many other (inferior) brands of coconut oil use toxic hexane in their production which taints the product and it is no longer pure (or safe).

We strongly advise customers to purchase 'Route Protection' during the checkout process (which is usually checked by default). This insures your order against loss, theft or damage and claims are processed very fast!

Orders failing to have Route Protection added are at the risk of the customer and will not be refunded if this Route Protection is not added to the order.
In general 2-8 business days delivery turnaround* but at times things can cause delays (scarcity of drivers, congestion in networks, weather events etc.)
We are located in QLD on the Gold Coast so it depends upon your location as to the delivery timeframe.
We advise our customers to choose Express option if needing their item sooner (especially if you live in TAS, SA, WA, NT or Rural areas).
