Perfect Type II Collagen Capsules: Bovine Cartilage Formula - Type II Collagen - Chondroitin Sulfate 3200mg (3.2g). Other Ingredients: Vegetarian Capsule (cellulose)

Green Pasture Skate Liver Oil: Raw fermented skate liver oil, unbleached beeswax (thickener), plant cellulose (capsules).

Hab Shifa JoinTQ Capsules (organic black seed with glucosamine and curcumin)

Why We Chose Each Product

We cannot say a lot about the benefits but we can give a little info on each product. I will share some blog links so you can learn more there if you wish to.

• Type II Collagen Capsules:  Very popular amongst our customers, type II collagen was a no-brainer to add to this pack. Type II collagen has been shown to have great success in helping people to have better mobility, less P A I N* and more freedom to move. • Skate Liver Oil Capsules:  Prized for their potential benefits to help in the area of joint wellbeing (amongst many other areas). Skate liver oil has similar compounds to shark liver oil but does not contain mercury as sharks do. Please click on our blog here to learn more.
• JoinTQ Capsules:  All I will say here is black seed, glucosamine and curcumin. Need we say more?

Type II Collagen: take up to 5 capsules per day with or without food. Can also be taken alongside the Hydrolyzed Collagen (type 1&3) powder.

When We Ship:

We ship Monday to Friday (except for public holidays in QLD). If you order before 12pm on a business day, your order should ship out that day if going Australia Post (eParcel).

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout as it will depend on the size/weight of your order and where it's going.

During checkout, you should be able to choose what carrier you prefer (though, if your order qualifies for free shipping it will just say 'Standard shipping' and this will either be via Australia Post or Aramex/Couriers Please*).

*Couriers Please is not currently picking up from our suburb but we are hoping to have them back soon.

FREE SHIPPING (Domestic Only) When you spend $149 or over 🚚

Insurance

We strongly advise customers to purchase 'Route Protection' during the checkout process (which is usually checked by default). This insures your order against loss, theft or damage and claims are processed very fast!

Route Protection is worth it for your peace of mind.

Orders failing to have Route Protection added are at the risk of the customer and will not be refunded if this Route Protection is not added to the order.

Timeframe for Delivery:

In general 2-8 business days delivery turnaround* but at times things can cause delays (scarcity of drivers, congestion in networks, weather events etc.)

We are located in QLD on the Gold Coast so it depends upon your location as to the delivery timeframe.

We advise our customers to choose Express option if needing their item sooner (especially if you live in TAS, SA, WA, NT or Rural areas).

WA in particular, we encourage that you choose express shipping.

*This refers to Domestic orders and not international.

Timeframe for International:

It depends upon what option you choose during the checkout and it should give you an estimated timeframe there.

Route Protection (parcel protection) is STRONGLY advised to add to your order as this covers lots, stolen or damaged items. The claims process is very quick and we can issue you a refund fast (but ONLY if you have added Route Protection to your order during the checkout process).

If you've not added this, please go back a previous step or two and add this in by checking the Route Protection option.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to the USA, Canada and most of Europe due to high surcharges that we incur.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
