Adult Dose: Recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age. Mix 1 scoop (scoop inside jar). A level scoop contains approximately 2.3 g
Mix into water, coconut water and add a pinch of Celtic sea salt for extra electrolyte minerals (optional). Add to a smoothie if desired.
1 scoop per day is all you need but some may like to have it twice. Speak to your health practitioner prior to supplementation or if suffering any health conditions.
Warnings: Mineral supplementation should not replace a healthy, balanced diet. Do not use if the tamper seal is broken or missing. Store below 30c in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
