Ingredients: Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (88%) and Purified Water. Diluted to 5% acidity.

There's no doubt it raw apple cider vinegar (ACV) has many potential benefits and uses. It's a wonderful product to have in your pantry.

It can be a great health tonic; make homemade dressings or add to the. bath for more powerful D E T O X effects.

Serving Suggestions: The serving suggestions are many, so we will just leave a few for you to consider.

1. Add 1-2 tbsp of raw ACV to a glass of filtered water for a digestive tonic, or take it straight up. Add raw honey if desired.
2. Add 4 tbsp of ACV to a blender along with 1/4 cup of organic olive oil, 1/2 tsp of real salt, 1 clove of crushed garlic and a handful of your favourite herbs (basil, mint, coriander, parsley, and chives work well)
3. Add 1 cup to a warm bath Epsom salts bath for a natural D E T O X booster!

We ship Monday to Friday (except for public holidays in QLD). If you order before 12pm on a business day, your order should ship out that day.

We ship with Australia Post eParcel and with larger orders we use a courier (Aramex).

Timeframe for Delivery:

Prior to Covid, in general 2-3 days delivery time but this has been unpredictable due to reduced staff at Australia Post so time frames have changed in some instances unfortunately.

We advise our customers to choose Express option if needing their item sooner (especially if you live in TAS, SA, WA or NT)
