There could be many reasons why some customers may not be pleased with our Perfect Supplements. 

Allergic Reactions - You may have experienced a reaction or discomfort of some kind. If this is the case, we suggest that you stop using the product and contact us via email help@perfectsupplementsaustralia.com.au or call us on 1800 MY PERFECT to discuss how we can assist you.

If you are a first time buyer of a particular product, you can use a 1 month supply of any Perfect Supplements product (1 bottle) and if you’re not satisfied, you can send back the empty bottle (within 30 days of when you place your order, to PO BOX 238 TUGUN QLD 4224).  All postage costs for returns of this type are the responsibility of the customer.

What about if you’ve ordered a 3 or 6 month supply? 

Easy, just send back the other unopened bottles (they must not have been tampered with or damaged in any way) along with the 1 used bottle. 

It is, however, important to mention that sometimes it takes more than just 1 month to see/feel any results when taking a new supplement. I usually find, for myself, that 3 months is a good way to gauge how my body responds to a new supplement.

You must send proof of purchase or any correspondence relating to your return so that Perfect Supplements Australia knows that you purchased the product. 

If returning goods, the customer is responsible for any postage costs and must also provide a tracking number. 

Your refund will be pending approval from our Refund and Returns (R & R) department and potentially issued upon receipt of returned products once approved.

Your order was damaged in transit and the contents of the containers have been jeopardized

Perfect Supplements Australia and Australia Post work together to make sure that your products get to you safely and unharmed. In the case of your products being received damaged, Perfect Supplements Australia takes no responsibility for damage that has occurred during transit with Australia Post. 

Email photos of your damaged products in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING to help@perfectsupplementsaustralia.com.au so our R & R Department can clarify whether the damage happened in our packaging warehouse or in transit.

If our R & R Department clarifies that the damage has occurred during transit, the customer will need to address Australia Post in person at your local post office. You will need to take with you the damaged products in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING and your proof of purchase (order invoice email)  to be able to raise an insurance claim with Australia Post to reimburse the customer for the damaged products.

Perfect Supplements Australia does realise that this is an inconvenience and we are compassionate that our customers need their supplements so please call us on 1800 MY PERFECT if you are unsure on the steps to take during this process.

My International Delivery has been held in customs - 

If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to research your countries custom/quarantine laws to ensure the product is able to be imported. We need a special import permit for certain products we import into Australia. 

Your country may have strict Biosecurity laws against bringing in certain products/ingredients (especially anything animal-based). 

With regards to refunds on held items, we do not refund goods in an instance where the goods have been detained (held) by customs in a foreign country. Research into custom laws is up to the individual to ensure they are able to bring the item into their country. 

Any goods that get held are the responsibility of the customer to ship back to us at their own expense and we are not liable for any costs or damages that may occur from doing so. A refund will only be issued if the goods come back to us in one piece, unopened and they get through our strict quarantine security.

There is no exception to this. So if you don't wish to make sure the product is 100% safe to import into your country, it is probably best that you do not purchase from us. 

For uncollected items that are returned to Perfect Supplements Australia - 

If you as the customer do not meet your responsibility to collect your item from either your local PO (for parcel post & express) within the time frame and the parcel gets redirected back to us and you wish for us to resend this package back to you, there will be an additional shipping cost that the customer will have to pay via credit/debit card over the phone.

If your package is returned to us and we are unable to contact you,  your package will be held without refund until we have notification from you to refund the order or go ahead and resend.
