What we have found through our own research and anecdotally, is that Lion's Mane mushroom seems to have an incredible effect on cognition and has been used as a nootropic for quite some time. 

In a PubMed article, it was mentioned that "Hericium Erinaceus can induce NGF synthesis in nerve cells."

(in other words, Lion's Mane influences nerve growth factor (NGF). It was also shown in this same study, that Lion's Mane mushrooms have a positive effect on oxidative stress).

Suggested Use: Take 1/2-1 tsp of organic Lion's Mane extract daily in a smoothie, juice, in food or as a tonic.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place below 25º c and out of direct sunlight.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Prior to Covid, in general 2-3 days delivery time but this has been unpredictable due to reduced staff at Australia Post so time frames have changed in some instances unfortunately.
