Matchinga Latte Recipe: šµ
(Like a matcha latte but better!)
To make, simply add the Matchinga to a blender jug, along with the honey, hot water and MCT oil. Blend for about 10 seconds and add to a glass or mug. Top up with frothed milk and sprinkle with cinnamon.Ā

Suggested use
Matchinga & MCT Oil:Ā You might like to try the Matchinga and MCT oil as a latter? (recipe in about tab). You may wish to add to a smoothie? The Matchinga gives a lovely green tea flavour to a smoothie or yoghurt.
Rhodiola:Ā Take 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 capsule before lunch (not to be taken in the afternoon/evening as it may have a stimulatory effect). Check with your doctor before taking if you're taking any antidepressants or if you suffer from bipolar disorder.
We ship Monday to Friday (except for public holidays/long weekends in QLD). If you order before 12pm on a business day, your order should ship out that day if going Australia Post (eParcel).

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout as it will depend on the size/weight of your order and where it's going.
During checkout, you should be able to choose what carrier you prefer (though, if your order qualifies for free shipping it will just say 'Standard shipping' and this will either be via Australia Post or Aramex.
Please DO NOT choose Courier if you have a parcel locker or Suite address as this will likely be sent back to us and you will incur a redelivery fee.

We strongly advise customers to purchase 'Route Protection' during the checkout process (which is usually checked by default). This insures your order against loss, theft or damage and claims are processed very fast!
Route Protection is worth it for your peace of mind (trust on on this, it is worth the extra few $$ and saves everyone time and stress when things go wrong).
Orders failing to have Route Protection added are at the risk of the customer and will not be refunded if this Route Protection is not added to the order.
In general 2-8 business days delivery turnaround* but at times things can cause delays (scarcity of drivers, congestion in networks, weather events etc.)
We are located in QLD on the Gold Coast so it depends upon your location as to the delivery timeframe.
We advise our customers to choose Express option if needing their item sooner (especially if you live in TAS, SA, WA, NT or Rural areas).

Timeframe for International:
It depends upon what option you choose during the checkout and it should give you an estimated timeframe there.
Route Protection (parcel protection) is STRONGLY advised to add to your order as this covers lots, stolen or damaged items. The claims process is very quick and we can issue you a refund fast (but ONLY if you have added Route Protection to your order during the checkout process).
If you've not added this, please go back a previous step or two and add this in by checking the Route Protection option.
