Great Help for Menopause and Anxiety

I essentially got this pack because I am going through menopause – the past 4 months have been hell - everything is going haywire.
The Rhodiola Rosea is working for me – 4 weeks ago I was an emotional mess and the smallest thing would set me off - I made some stupid decisions and was miserable – but I am happier in myself and feel the stress and anxiety is more manageable.
As for the Cordyceps - I decided to try this after reading other reviews, mainly for fatigue but the benefits thus far exceed just fatigue. I don’t know if the synergy of the two have caused such a positive effect overall - I have energy I’m not so tired, I feel healthy and life overall looks much better believe me.

I have been taking the “Stress Less Live More” Pack and it has worked wonders. I have more energy not as hungry and my mind is clear for the first time in a long time.

Definitely works!

Rhodiola and Cordyceps make up this pack and they are definitely fantastic adaptogens. After taking them consistently you definitely feel more calm and balanced. Great combination. My husband definitely notices the difference when he runs out of Rhodiola.
