Great health begins in the gut (I think it was Hippocrates who once said something along those lines?) so looking after our gut health is paramount to vitality and wellbeing but also disease prevention.

We aren't here to claim that these products will treat, cure, prevent or diagnose but we do want to tell you what just some of these can potentially do.

Baobab is a prebiotic fibre that can help to feed your gut flora, hydrolyzed collagen and gelatin are known to help "heal and seal" the gut (according to studies) and liver supplements are one of the most nutrient-dense sources of nutrition to help the body heal.

The products/packs in this collection were carefully selected with the health of the gut in our minds. Gut health is something that our founder (Tammy) is incredibly passionate about.
